What we ask of you
We normally expect our volunteers to be available 2 days a week during our core hours of service 9:30am to 5:30pm and to be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months to 1 year or more with us, which is a requirement for anyone who aims to achieve the competences of Agent / Assessor (Adviser Level 1) and to progress to General Adviser (Adviser Level 2) through further training. Achieving the competencies of levels 1 and 2 is subject to successful completion of the training programme, the assessments and the record of learning to the standard we expect of our trainees.
