We need your help
All local Citizens Advice offices rely mostly on volunteers to provide free, confidential, impartial Advice & Information to local residents. No experience is necessary for most roles, as we provide all the training you need to embark on a truly gratifying experience, that will enhance your skills and will make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.
What you can do
We need volunteers in a variety of roles: receptionist, admin, gateway assessors, advisers, information assistants, trustees and other roles – Please check out our Volunteering Roles for more information on each one.
Where to start
We have periodical intakes of volunteers and training cycles. You can register your interest in volunteering and let us know your availablity and role that you would be applying for. Any available volunteering opportunities are advertised:
