Citizens Advice Hounslow is committed to making our support accessible, visible, and relevant to the community we serve. To achieve this, we are expanding our presence across social media to reach more people, raise awareness of the issues affecting local residents, and highlight both people’s rights and the services we provide.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing content across Citizens Advice Hounslow’s social media channels. You will also help track, summarise, and report on channel analytics, using insights to shape future content. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately are essential.
This role involves working collaboratively within the Research & Campaigns team and under the guidance of the team coordinator and senior management. Together, we aim to amplify our message, strengthen community awareness, and ensure that vital information reaches those who need it most.
