Personal Independence Payment Review

This project explores advisers’ experiences and feedback on the current Personal Independence Payment (PIP) process, identifying key barriers and areas for improvement. The findings highlight significant concerns around accessibility, communication, completing application forms, the quality and consistency of assessments, and the fairness and transparency of decision-making. Overall, the project aims to identify practical improvements that could make the PIP process more accessible, transparent, consistent and responsive to the individual circumstances and needs of applicants.
