Important Service Update – COVID-19 PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
Following government advice, all our face-to-face services, including drop-in sessions and office appointments, remain suspended to avoid contact in person and protect our clients as well as our volunteers and staff.
Please see our Service Updates Page for information on how to contact us.
NB: The information below this box is not applicable at the moment.
During the hours detailed below you can attend any one of the drop-in sessions without an appointment on a first come, first served basis. The number of tickets given out is dependent on how many advisers are available. You are advised to come in early.
Initial Assessment
At the Drop-In session, you will have a short discussion with an assessor who will identify the most appropriate way for us to help you. They will give you the information you need to solve your problem yourself, or make an appointment to discuss your problem further. Sometimes, they might direct you to a specialist who is better placed to help. All our advice sessions are FREE.
Please note that due to funding restrictions we can only offer our services to residents of the London Borough of Hounslow.
